The Idaho School District Council has endorsed Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services through BPA Health (https://www.bpahealth.com). 

The goal of this program is to help  employees with any problem that might affect their life at work or at home.

Confidential counseling is available for those suffering as a result of emotional, job related, chemical dependency, family and other problems.

BPA Health provide employee orientation and supervisory training.  Managers are encouraged to contact them regarding employee-related or work related problems.

A 24-hour crisis hot line is also provided to participating employees. EAP services have shown to enhance employee performance and productivity, reduce absenteeism and turnover, reduce the risk of work place accidents, advocate for teamwork, minimize related health insurance claims and meet the requirements for a Drug-Free Workplace.
