The Council, through an Administrative and Surplus Premium Agreement, contracts with Blue Cross of Idaho, to make available to each school district and affiliate, a medical insurance plan tailored to each district’s and/or affiliate’s individual needs from a matrix of options.

These options include deductibles, coinsurance, stop loss levels, prescription drugs, vision plans, waiting periods, fourth quarter carryover, added accident coverage, etc.  Dependent insurance coverage is also available.
